Mr Bear's taste notes: "Here’s it is. In a way where it all began. Many many years ago, I gathered used Christmas trees for smoking fish, meats and other things. The next year I made ice cream with some very young-looking pine needles on a tree. Then my fascination with funky ice cream began. This is a seasonal snap shot of fun. It’s winter, it's too cold for ice cream. Why are you making a tree flavour? Try it, love it, rejoice in the fun."
