Co-founder and chef Philip Harrison creates over 70 unique flavour combinations, from our Gold award-winning Blueberry & Lavender Jam to the Bronze-winning Apple Jazz with Cream Cheese Frosting. Every batch is handcrafted on-site using fresh, seasonal produce and Kentish Milk, ensuring exceptional quality and taste.
