Bears Ice Cream is back in West London

We have some very exciting news for our London Bear Cubs. 🐻🍦

Many of you first discovered Bears when we had our shop on Goldhawk Road, and even after moving our home and production to Whitstable, we still regularly hear from people asking where they can find Bears in London.

So we’re very happy to say that Bears Ice Cream is now stocked at The Grocer on Elgin in Notting Hill.

It feels incredibly special to be back in this part of London and, hopefully, a little easier for some of our original Bear Cubs to get their Bears fix again.

You can also find Bears at Panzer’s in St John’s Wood, giving London ice cream lovers two places to pick up a tub.

A lot has happened since our Goldhawk Road days

Bears may now be made in Whitstable, but the heart of what we do hasn’t changed.

We still create imaginative, chef-made ice cream using carefully chosen ingredients, with flavour combinations designed to surprise, delight and make people look at ice cream a little differently.

And 2026 has already given us plenty to celebrate.

Our Brown Butter Popcorn Ice Cream was named No.1 in The Guardian’s Scoop of the Year, with four Bears flavours appearing in the top 20.

We were also delighted to receive two Great Taste 1 Star Awards for our Miso, Banana & Butterscotch Pudding and Brown Butter & Rosemary Ice Cream with Sour Plum Swirl.
