Lime, chilli, coriander, dextrose, water.
We have collaborated with Askew Wine and developed the perfect mix of hot and cool. A fiery Lime, Chilli and Coriander Sorbet to match with their amazing selection of Tequila.
What you need:
1 Fancy Glass (We like the The Vintage List's cocktail glasses)
1 Scoop Bears Lime, Chilli & Coriander Sorbet
1 Shot Tequila, available at Askew Wine.
"This take a bit of planning.
A day before you want this Piccante you must order or go out to the super market all the things you need to make some banging tortillas.
Beef bavette needs rubbing and marinading in ancho chilli paste and lime juice over night.
The day of the cocktail.
Flour tortilla need making.
A fresh crunchy and fiery Xni Pec Salsa.
Grilled the bavette, very rare.
As the bavette is resting and the tortilla are being cooked grab your self your tequila of choosing from it’s resting place.
Put a scoop of Picante sorbet in a fancy glass, pour over a tequila shot, if you wish add a slice of chilli and drink.
Then make another to drink with the delicious tortillas your just made and pretend you got away for the summer to Yucatecan, Mexico.
Alternatively make the cocktail on day one, and not worry about the cooking as the cocktail is delish and you no longer care about food."
