Salted Pumpkin Seed Nougat Ice Cream

Mr. Bear's Notes: Mrs Bear loves pumpkin seeds, like really loves them. I made a pumpkin seed nougat on a whim. I started to pair the pumpkin seeds with many things. But the more I did the more I realised it just needed more salt and that was it. Smokey, crunchy, sweet and salty. It's perfect. 

Enjoy with: Nothing at all. This is a lesson in perfect simplicity.
