Bears Scoop Club was born earlier this year to satisfy chef Phil's infinite ice cream making passion! During more then two decades as a chef on the gastro pub scene Phil has been developing delicious ice cream recipies that he is now ready to share with the world.
We decided early on that we wanted to sell this ice cream through a pre-order system. There are two reasons for this. The first one is that we would like to ensure that our customers always get the freshest product possible and the second one is that we feel very strongly about limiting any waste and food waste is something we especially try to avoid. (Our little shop already has little food waste since everything is prepared to order and we buy perishables in very low quantities.)
So this is how the idea of Scoop Club was born.
